Gianna Bellucci in Milan is seeking a Creator Programme Lead to find, pitch and sign creators in Italy, from nano to mid-tier, who can drive sales and ROAS.

You will negotiate rates, brief creators on product and brand tone, track spend and ROAS, and own the roster with direct access to the CMO.

Competenze

• Based in Milan or within commuting distance.
• Fluent in English. Our team, contracts and reporting are in English.
• You are organised to the point of being slightly annoying about it. You chase, you follow up, you notice when a number looks wrong.
• Experience managing creators or talent, with results measured on sales or ROAS.
