Awin Milano is seeking a Technical Onboarding Support Executive to help launch top brands on our network. You will provide high-level technical support during integration, liaising with both client marketing and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

The role is hybrid with semi-regular in-office work. Fluency in English and German (C1+) is essential, and knowledge of HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and possibly PHP will help you succeed. Awin offers extensive training and benefits.

Competenze

• Experience understanding web languages including HTML, SQL and JavaScript.
• Fluent English and German (C1+).
• IT-related degree or relevant work experience.

Mansioni

• Provide detailed technical integration support during onboarding.
• Act as the middle-man to give clear technical guidance.
• Isolate errors quickly within client setups and propose solutions.
• Negotiate and manage below-standard setups to meet targets.
• Contribute to monthly Integration Team targets.
• Review team members' work for technical sign-off.
• Report platform issues and escalate where needed.
• Maintain and update internal/external knowledge bases.
• Deliver high-level training to internal colleagues.
• Test new developments and features.
