Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Officer for its Malta operations. You will drive loan and card conversions while delivering high-quality customer support across channels.

The role blends sales targets with compliance and onboarding responsibilities in a FinTech environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a sales-driven setting, German at native/C1 level, English proficiency, and familiarity with Excel and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Language: native or C1 fluency in German and professional English.
• Sales-driven experience: 1–2 years in telesales, business development, or commission-based retail.
• Financial literacy: banking or financial services familiarity preferred.
• Tech savviness: strong MS Excel and CRM usage.
• Work authorization: EU passport or right to work in Malta.

Responsibilities

• Sales & conversion: guide German-speaking leads through loan applications and promote card products.
• Customer support: handle inquiries via phone, email, and SMS with balanced customer needs and business goals.
• Onboarding & verification: manage journey from first click to final verification with accurate docs.
• Portfolio growth: collaborate with Payments and Collections for retention and satisfaction.
• Market insight: identify pain points and suggest product improvements.
