Bachecalavoro in Barcelona is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to drive new business, manage the complete sales cycle, and propel client growth through AI-powered advertising solutions. The role demands a target-driven mindset, strong communication, and a background in digital marketing and B2B sales.

Ideal candidates will have German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency, and be eligible to work in Spain. Previous sales experience is mandatory, with cold calling a decided advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing the complete sales cycle, and helping clients grow through innovative AI-powered advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, online advertising, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Previous experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or lead qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong self-prospecting abilities and a proactive sales approach.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet revenue targets.
• Experience managing customer databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
• Client-facing product or solution sales experience.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, advertising platforms, or AdTech solutions.
