Bachecalavoro in Barcelona is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing AI advertising team. You will own the full sales cycle, acquire new business, and help clients grow with innovative AI-powered solutions.

Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2) are required, along with 2–3 years of B2B sales and experience in digital marketing or pre-sales. This full-time role in Barcelona offers relocation support, private health insurance, and ongoing training.

Competenze

Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
2–3 years of B2B sales experience
Background in digital marketing or AdTech / AI advertising is a plus
Experience in pre-sales, lead generation or lead qualification
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling

Mansioni

Identify and engage prospective clients via inbound/outbound sales activities including cold calling and email outreach
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities
Understand client needs and tailor AI advertising solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating and closing
Hit or exceed sales and revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
