Spacest.com, a proptech start-up, is seeking proactive individuals for a 6-month paid internship to develop the German market. You will expand and manage German properties, engage property owners, and drive business development efforts.

The role requires fluent German and English, strong interpersonal and sales skills, and the ambition to grow into leadership as the team expands. Flexible working and equipment are provided.

Competenze

• Fluent German language required.
• Fluent English language required.
• Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills.
• Sales aptitude and ability to close deals.
• Strong organisational and management abilities.
• Capacity to work towards objectives and take on ambitious challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in economics or related field; prior sales experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Expand and manage properties in Germany.
• Acquire key property management companies in Germany for listing on Spacest.com.
• Maintain daily relations with German property owners and managers; analyze performance and listings.
• Engage in business development activities.
