Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Business, Finance, Management Engineering or Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance against targets, forecasts and prior-year results.
- Analyze booking, channel and product performance to uncover drivers and opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards leveraging multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Finance to support data-driven decisions.
