Azienda Anonima, a fast-growing Italian startup in Ravenna, seeks an Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for enterprise and public sector environments. You will translate business challenges into scalable architectures, build PoCs/MVPs, and refine AI agent workflows, integrating with existing systems and APIs.

Strong Python skills, experience with LangChain-like tools, vector databases, cloud platforms, and collaboration with customers are

• Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and end-to-end RAG systems.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures.
• Develop PoCs and MVPs to validate AI solutions and business opportunities.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI Agent workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and databases.
• Evaluate AI models based on performance, cost, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Support AI projects from experimentation to production deployment.
• Create technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to the optimization of AI solutions in terms of security, reliability, and scalability.
