Azienda Anonima is seeking an experienced Applied AI / Solutions Engineer in Milano to translate business challenges into scalable Generative AI solutions. You will design architectures, build PoCs/MVPs, and support deployment of AI agents in enterprise environments.

You will work with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex and related tools to implement end-to-end AI workflows, integrate with existing systems, and ensure security, reliability and scalability across projects.

Competenze

• Experience designing end-to-end Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering and AI agents.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures.
• Develop PoCs and MVPs to validate AI solutions.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Evaluate models based on performance, cost, and scalability.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Support AI projects from experimentation to production deployment.
