Azienda Anonima is seeking an Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for enterprise contexts. You will translate business challenges into scalable architectures, build PoCs, and help customers adopt autonomous AI agents in real-world environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on Python work, AI frameworks, and collaboration with customers and internal teams across Italy's public sector and industry landscape.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures.
• Develop PoCs and MVPs to validate AI solutions and business opportunities.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI Agent workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and databases.
• Evaluate AI models based on performance, cost, scalability, and compliance.
