Azienda Anonima is seeking an Experienced Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for enterprise and public sector contexts in Italy. You will translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures, build PoCs and MVPs, and support AI systems and autonomous agents in real‑world settings.

Competenze

• Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and end-to-end RAG systems.
• Strong Python and AI frameworks experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI Agents.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs.
• Knowledge of vector and traditional databases and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker, Git, API development, and evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures.
• Develop PoCs and MVPs to validate AI solutions and business opportunities.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines, prompts, and AI Agent workflows.
