Azienda Anonima, a fast-growing Italian startup, seeks an experienced AI Engineer – Full Stack to design and develop AI-powered products. You will drive end-to-end GenAI systems from data ingestion to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup environment.

The role emphasizes building LLM-based pipelines, RAG architectures, AI agents, and scalable APIs, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in cloud-native architectures.

Competenze

• 5+ years software engineering with Generative AI exposure.
• Proficient in Python and/or Node.js web frameworks (FastAPI, Express/NestJS).
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, knowledge management.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, vector DBs; frontend apps using React/Vue.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS/GCP.

Mansioni

• Design, build, maintain LLM-based AI pipelines with low latency.
• Develop RAG solutions including embedding and vector search strategies.
• Create Graph RAG architectures using knowledge graphs for improved reasoning.
• Develop AI Agents and orchestration workflows with function calling and multi-step reasoning.
• Integrate leading LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral) and evaluate trade-offs.
• Build scalable REST APIs and backend services for AI features.
• Collaborate with frontend teams for AI-powered user experiences.
• Ensure security best practices and prompt-injection mitigation.
