Job summary

ContentWise SpA, in Milan or Padua, Italy, is seeking a proactive AI/ML Engineer to join the AI Labs team on a hybrid basis. You will design, train, and deploy cutting-edge ML/AI solutions, build end-to-end data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business challenges into technology-driven outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and strong programming in Python/Java/C++, with experience in ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field such as CS/DS/Statistics/Engineering/Physics.
• Experience in software development and programming using Python, Java, C++, or R.
• Familiarity with ML/DS frameworks (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and Git, Agile, CI/CD.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Big Data (Spark/Hadoop).
• Interest in ML, DL, NLP, CV and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML/AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Build data pipelines for collection, processing and validation.
• Develop, train, and optimize advanced models for real-world use cases.
• Deploy AI models into production with reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve business problems.
• Explore new frameworks and tools to evolve the team’s capabilities.
• Work with Generative AI, NLP, and analytics technologies.
