ContentWise is hiring for its AI Labs to design, train, and deploy ML/AI solutions across real-world use cases. You will build data pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business challenges into scalable AI applications.

Join a hybrid operation in Milan or Padua, with a focus on Generative AI, NLP, and advanced analytics. The role emphasizes growth, learning, and delivering measurable impact for global brands.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field.
• Experience in software development using Python, Java, C++, or R.

What you'll do

As part of our AI Labsteam, you'll contribute to projects ranging from traditional Machine Learning to the latest Generative AI applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing solutions based on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.
• Building data pipelines for data collection, processing, and validation across multiple sources.
• Developing, training, and optimizing advanced models for real-world use cases.
• Deploying AI models and applications into production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform business challenges into impactful technology solutions.
• Exploring new frameworks, tools, and methodologies while contributing to the continuous evolution of the team’s capabilities.
• Working with cutting-edge technologies in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Advanced Analytics.

Who we're looking for

We are seeking a curious, proactive employee with a genuine passion for technology.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• Experience in software development and programming using Python, Java, C++, R, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with Data Science and Machine Learning frameworks such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Matplotlib, and FastAPI.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems, including Spark and Hadoop.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Interest in or experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions.

Rewards & Benefits: we offer a competitive compensation packagewith a contract under the CCNL Commercio (Level 4 or 3) anda salary range between €27,000 and €32,000 depending on experience and qualifications, along with Satispay meal vouchers and a yearly welfare allowance of €600. As part of the overall compensation package, employees may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus (MBO), reflecting both individual contribution and company performance.
