Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics, with extensive exposure to air freight, ocean freight, domestic transportation, sales, operations and country management.
• Proven track record in driving profitable growth through effective P&L management, business development, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and market expansion.
• Strong expertise in freight operations, procurement, carrier and vendor management, commercial negotiations, service performance, and operational excellence.
• Extensive experience managing strategic relationships with customers, carriers, agents, vendors, overseas network partners, and key business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, developing talent, driving accountability, and building high-performing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business, operational, and financial performance of the country organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and the delivery of sustainable growth and profitability.
• Drive strategic business development across air freight, ocean freight, and integrated logistics services while strengthening key customer relationships and expanding market presence.
• Oversee all aspects of freight forwarding operations across multiple locations, including commercial management, procurement, customer service, and operational execution.
• Partner closely with sales, global account teams, carriers, agents, and international network offices to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence, and profitable growth.
• Provide leadership in budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance management while developing high-performing teams and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Champion continuous improvement, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making, leveraging digital platforms and industry best practices to enhance service delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
