We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Italy business - a strategically important operation with a strong team and significant untapped growth potential. The Role

You will have full ownership of the Italian business, with responsibility for:

• Defining and delivering the local growth strategy aligned to Europe
• Owning the P&L, driving revenue, profitability, and market share
• Expanding existing accounts and developing new customers and segments
• Leading and developing a high-performing team (~70 employees)
• Strengthening customer relationships and market positioning
• Driving operational excellence across planning, supply, and execution
