Michael Page International in Milano is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage order entry and monitoring for the Mass Market (GDO) channel, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. The role requires collaboration with sales, logistics, and finance to resolve issues and optimize service levels.

You will maintain customer master data, support invoicing, and prepare various performance reports using Excel. Fluent English is essential, and ERP familiarity will be advantageous.

Competenze

• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Commercial Back Office roles.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills for Pivot Tables, lookups, and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or similar platforms.

Mansioni

• Manage the order entry and order monitoring process across channels.
• Ensure smooth information flow between customers, sales, logistics, and supply chain.
• Handle deliveries, returns, and customer complaints.
• Verify accuracy of commercial agreements and promotional conditions on orders.
• Create and maintain customer master data records.
• Support invoicing activities including invoices, credit notes, and customer contracts.
• Prepare service level, backlog, delivery, and customer performance reports in Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve service objectives for key Modern Trade accounts.
• Manage day-to-day communications with Italian customers.
• Provide support to supply chain activities when required.
