Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Power Systems/Industrial Power Generation to lead large-scale projects from award to acceptance. You will manage multifunctional teams, customer relationships, and project profitability on complex energy initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Systems, or related discipline).
• An advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is a plus.
• Significant experience managing complex industrial, infrastructure, energy, or power generation projects (min 5 years).
• Proven track record of delivering large capital projects while meeting financial, schedule, quality, and customer objectives.
• Strong expertise in commercial management, contract administration, claims, and change order execution.
• PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of gas turbine technology, power generation systems, modular power solutions, EPC projects, or related industrial applications is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Project Leadership: lead execution of large-scale power generation projects, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management: build relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders; escalate project-related matters.
• Commercial & Financial Ownership: own project financial performance including revenue, margin, and forecasting.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: drive best practices and process improvements across the project portfolio.
• Risk & Opportunity Management: establish risk management strategies to mitigate technical, commercial, and execution risks.
