Marex Group plc in Lombardy (Turbigo) is seeking a dedicated operations professional to support trade processing, lifecycle management, and risk controls within the FX and Capital Markets framework. You will own end-to-end trade processing, oversee risk issues, and act as the escalation point for complex settlements, coordinating with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and external counterparties.

• Trade Processing & Lifecycle Management: ensure accurate and timely processing across the full lifecycle.
• Risk & Control Oversight: identify and remediate operational risks and control gaps.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation Point: be primary escalation for complex trade issues and coordinate with multiple functions.
• Process Improvement & Change Delivery: analyze processes for automation and STP improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: engage Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Compliance and external counterparties.
• Reporting & Reconciliations: oversee daily reconciliations and KPI reporting.
