Marex Group is seeking a Post-Trade Operations Analyst in Milan for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will ensure accurate, timely post-trade processing across FX and other asset classes, support regulatory reporting, and drive improvements to STP and controls.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Compliance and external counterparties to mitigate operational risk and ensure robust reconciliations.

Mansioni

• Trade processing across full lifecycle (capture, affirmation/confirmation, settlement, reconciliation).
• Manage lifecycle events such as rollovers, resets, expiries and rate fixings.
• Identify and remediate operational risks, gaps in controls and breaks.
• Escalate complex issues and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Support process improvements, automation opportunities and system upgrades.
• Engage with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve breaks.
• Produce and validate operational reports and KPIs; ensure proper documentation.
