TeamSystem cerca uno sviluppatore software full‑stack per guidare lo sviluppo della piattaforma aziendale. Farai parte di un team dinamico, occupandoti di API, backend e frontend con Node.js, TypeScript e React.

Richiesta esperienza minima di 5 anni, inglese avanzato (C1) e autonomia decisionale. Offriamo ruolo ibrido con Milano o Pesaro e opportunità di crescita in un gruppo internazionale.

Mansioni

• Progettare e sviluppare funzionalità full‑stack per la piattaforma aziendale, dall'API all’interfaccia.
• Costruire servizi backend robusti con Node.js e TypeScript, API REST e integrazioni con sistemi interni/esterni.
• Sviluppare interfacce utente moderne con React.js e TypeScript, collaborando con i designer.
• Lavorare in Agile, contribuendo all’analisi tecnica e alle decisioni architetturali.
• Scrivere codice pulito, riutilizzabile e ben documentato sia frontend che backend.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack features for the company platform, owning the entire lifecycle from API design to UI implementation
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.Js and TypeScript, including RESTful APIs, data models, and integrations with internal and third‑party systems
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with React.Js and TypeScript, collaborating closely with designers to deliver polished experiences
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to technical analysis, architectural decisions and code reviews across the full stack
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and well‑documented code on both frontend and backend

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in the TypeScript ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Node.Js and modern backend development practices
• Experience with front‑end development in React.Js
• Experience working with MongoDB
• Proven experience using modern coding assistants effectively and thoughtfully, with a strong focus on code quality, correctness and maintainability
• Ability to work autonomously, challenge requirements when needed, make pragmatic technical decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering culture
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NestJS, Fastify or Express
• Familiarity with Microfrontend architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, quality and security gates
• Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration and E2E tests)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
