Pillar, an Italian startup, is looking for a Frontend Developer to build the web experience behind our acquisition engine and help scale the platform across Europe.

You will translate Figma designs, own conversion paths, run CRO tests, and work with React/Next.js, CSS, and TypeScript to deliver fast, accessible interfaces.

Join a young, ambitious team and shape the growth engine from scratch with a focus on speed, clarity, and impact.

Competenze

• At least 3–5 years of frontend development experience.
• Strong React/Next.js, modern CSS; TypeScript a plus.
• Mobile-first mindset with eye for UI and details.
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing or conversion-driven projects.

Mansioni

• Build and ship pages, components and flows focused on conversion and performance.
• Translate designs from Figma into pixel-perfect, mobile-first interfaces.
• Own UX of conversion paths: landing pages, forms, onboarding wizard, navigation.
• Run A/B tests and iterate with marketing.
• Use session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel data to fix drop-offs.
• Keep site fast and accessible (Core Web Vitals, responsive, SEO-friendly markup).
• Grow and maintain a reusable component library for fast page delivery.
