Hosco.com is seeking a Front Office team member to welcome guests, assign rooms, handle reservations, and provide information and assistance. The role involves managing payments, guest data, and coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED and is fluent in Italian and English, with related experience. This is a frontline, customer-facing position at our Lombardy location, requiring a strong service mindset.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Receiving and sorting phone calls


• Filling out forms and documents


• Contacting the various departments of the facility to meet customer needs


• Managing payments and customer data in line with company policies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None

A fluent Knowledge of both Italian and English languages is required
