Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus healthcare experience or relevant certification.
• Nursing assistant, EMT, or paramedic credentials considered.
• Bachelor's degree also qualifies for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative coverage at the clinic front desk, including handling the appointment line and scheduling.
• Register patients and manage documentation and billing processes.
• Coordinate interpreters and manage referrals and charge posting.
