AGCO in Breganze, Italy is seeking a Product Support Expert IDEAL - French Speaking to join our Technical Services team onsite. You will provide expert diagnostics, maintenance guidance, and training to dealers and customers to maximize equipment uptime across crops and conditions.

Fluent English and French are required, with strong knowledge of agricultural business and mechanical/electrical systems. We offer a €45,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, bonus eligibility, private health insurance,

Competenze

Strong knowledge of Agricultural Business and product, including mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiarity with service and parts management practices and the farm machinery dealer network.
Solid understanding of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness for customer and dealer interactions.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Mansioni

Provide expert-level technical support to dealers and customers to drive fast issue resolution.
Assist dealers during season launches to ensure smooth operations with knowledgeable staff.
Resolve highly complex technical issues when local resources are exhausted.
Support field setup and optimization across crops with hands-on assistance for new dealers and VIP customers.
Promote advanced technologies and features to restore confidence in the product.
Guide customers on AGCO systems, warranty processes, and diagnostic tools.
