The Level Group is seeking an on-call Freelance Visual Merchandising Assistant to support brand projects across showrooms, boutiques, and events in Milan. The role focuses on executing brand standards and providing hands-on operational support.

Ideal candidates have a passion for luxury fashion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. Flexible, on-call availability is essential.

Freelance Visual Merchandising Assistant (On Call)

We are looking for a Freelance Visual Merchandising Assistantto support one of the brands within The Level Group.

This is an on-call freelance collaboration, with assignments scheduled according to business needs, store projects, and events, without a fixed working schedule or guaranteed number of working days.

Working closely with the Visual Merchandising team, you will contribute to the execution of visual merchandising projects across showrooms, boutiques, department stores, and special events, ensuring that every installation reflects the brand's visual standards and attention to detail.

What you'll do:

• Support the Visual Merchandising team during store installations, set-ups, and seasonal changes, following the provided guidelines and brand standards.

• Assist in the preparation and visual set-up of showrooms, boutiques, and department stores.

• Provide operational support during events, product launches, and special projects.

• Handle, organize, position, and replenish products during visual merchandising activities.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate execution and consistency with the brand's visual identity.

• Ensure high standards of organization, attention to detail, and quality throughout all visual merchandising activities.

• Assist with the preparation, packing, and management of visual merchandising materials when required.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Fashion, or similar operational environments is a plus.

• Strong interest in luxury, fashion, and visual presentation.

• Hands-on attitude and willingness to support operational activities.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Flexibility and availability to work on an on-call basis according to business needs.
