The Level Group is seeking an on-call Freelance Visual Merchandising Assistant to support brand projects across showrooms, boutiques, and events in Milan. The role focuses on executing brand standards and providing hands-on operational support.

Ideal candidates have a passion for luxury fashion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. Flexible, on-call availability is essential.

• Experience in Visual Merchandising or related retail roles preferred.
• Interest in luxury fashion and strong visual presentation.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to support operational activities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Support store installations, set-ups, and seasonal changes following guidelines.
• Prepare and visually set up showrooms, boutiques, and department stores.
• Provide operational support during events, product launches, and projects.
• Handle, organize, position, and replenish products during activities.
• Collaborate to ensure execution aligns with brand visuals.
• Maintain high standards of organization and quality across activities.
• Assist with preparation, packing, and management of materials when required.
