Workster offers a remote, commission-based freelance recruitment collaboration for Italian-speaking recruiters. You will manage your own schedule, source candidates for vacancies across Europe, and engage candidates through multiple channels.

Competenze

• 1 year of hands-on recruitment/active sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to source candidates independently; strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards and sourcing channels.
• Native or fluent Italian
• Professional English
• Strong communication and candidate-engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your recruitment pipeline
• Comfortable working under a commission-per-hire freelance model

Are you an experienced recruiter based in Italy looking for a flexible freelance opportunity you can manage alongside your existing projects?

Workster is expanding its international freelance recruitment network and is looking for Italian-speaking recruiters who already know how to source, engage and convert candidates.

This is a fully remote, commission-based freelance collaboration with complete flexibility over your working schedule.

What you'll do

• Source candidates for active vacancies across Europe and international markets
• Identify the right candidates for the right opportunities and effectively present the role to them
• Engage, qualify and introduce suitable candidates for our clients' selection processes
• Build and manage your own candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, social media, communities and other sourcing channels
• Collaborate with our international recruitment team and participate in regular best-practice and vacancy update meetings

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of hands-on recruitment / active sourcing experience
