ZNEXT is building a preventive health and longevity platform and is seeking a Performance Marketer for a 12-month remote freelance engagement. You will own paid acquisition across Meta Ads and Google Ads, run tests, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, CPL, and CPA while reporting learnings to the founding team.

You should have hands-on startup experience, a data-driven mindset, and proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel. Compensation ranges from €7,800 to €9,000 for the period.

Preventive Health & Longevity | Remote | Freelance, 12 months

What we’re building

Most people only think about their health when something goes wrong. We’re building the alternative: a preventive health and longevity platform that helps people understand and optimize their health before problems emerge, through data-driven protocols and continuous monitoring.

We’re a new stealth startup born within ZNEXT’s Venture Builder, and we’re entering our go-to-market phase. We have the founding team, the vision and the capital. Now we need the person who finds out, test after test, how to bring what we’re building to the right people at the right cost.

The role

As our Performance Marketer, you’ll own paid acquisition throughout the go-to-market phase, working side by side with the founding team. Your job is to find out quickly what works, what doesn’t, and where every euro of budget should go.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up and manage paid acquisition campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Design and run the first tests on audiences, targeting, messaging and creatives
• Monitor and optimize campaigns against core performance KPIs
• Make sure conversion tracking is set up correctly and help the team read performance data
• Turn results into new tests and optimization opportunities
• Share results, learnings and next steps with the founding team on a regular basis

Who we're looking for

Must have:

• Hands-on experience in early-stage startups
• A proven track record managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns independently
• A background in performance marketing, paid acquisition or growth
• Fluency in CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
• An experimental, data-driven mindset: you test, measure, double down on what works and cut what doesn’t
• Autonomy and comfort in a context where processes and strategy are built as the project grows

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Meta and Google advertising policies for health-related products
