Your Key Responsibilities

• Financial Data Expert: Become the internal expert on the origin and accuracy of corporate financial data (Accounts Receivable and Payable cycles) and its direct impact on the business model.
• Active Cycle Management: You will be the focal point for managing inbound revenue and collections (Accounts Receivable), ensuring correct client invoicing and payment monitoring.
• Team & Process Building: Play an active pioneer role in defining and documenting new finance processes and controls. Your input will be crucial in laying the groundwork for the future scaling of the Finance team.
• Executive Support: Work closely with Management to provide analyses and reports that drive strategic decisions regarding the sales funnel and overall growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a highly relevant field.
• 0-1 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
• You are fluent in Italian and English.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with any accounting software or ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zucchetti).
• A conceptual understanding of startup funding, venture capital, and SaaS business models.
