Job summary

Haier Europe, headquartered in Vimercate, Italy, seeks a seasoned Cash Flow and Working Capital Manager to lead cash forecasting, balance sheet analysis, and treasury projects. You will drive digitization, AI adoption, and Oracle EPM9 implementations while coordinating with regional teams across Italy, Turkey, and China to optimize cash conversion and working capital.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Controlling, Cash Flow or FP&A
End-to-end treasury projects and transformation initiatives experience
Strong reporting capabilities and cash management knowledge
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

Finalize the implementation of the cash flow forecast project in Oracle EPM9, including UAT and final project sign off
Implementation of a native AI tool within Oracle EPM9 to integrate SAP AR and AP flows
Monthly rolling 3-month forecast release in Oracle EPM9, plus pre-closing refresh and ITCY payments coordination with China HQ
Produce treasury-related reports (NFP, factoring, guarantees, bank balances)
Produce credit-related reports (aging, overdue, terms, deductions, insurance)
Generate working capital reports (inventory, AP, AR, DSO, DIO) and MBO linkage
Prepare accounting reports for the reporting package to China HQ (financing, guarantees, factoring, FX)
Update business plan periodically for impairment and external investors; support monthly closures
