Univar Solutions is seeking a key FP&A professional for the European Personal & Home Care unit. You will partner with regional Area Sales Managers to deliver weekly and monthly outputs, ensuring accurate results across systems such as One Stream, Accordion, Comp Planning, and Tableau.

You will drive working capital, UPI, and headcount analyses with cross‑functional collaboration. The role emphasizes data accuracy, analytical insight, and the ability to challenge performance while navigating a

Competenze

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in FP&A, finance, business analysis, or a similar role.
Ability to present results effectively and challenge performance.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP and Tableau is considered an advantage.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across the business.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a cross-functional team without direct line authority.
Strong initiative and change-management capability.

Mansioni

End-to-end involvement in the annual AOP process, ensuring all bridges and data points are analysed.
Weekly and monthly forecasting to support senior managers.
Supporting Area Sales Managers in commercial reporting and analysis.
Populating and analysing month-end reports to highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Providing ad-hoc queries such as ROWC calculations, aged stock reviews, pricing, and opportunity pipeline assessments.
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations as a data processing appointee.
