Casavo is seeking a Founder Associate Intern to work directly with the Founder & CEO, supporting the company’s most strategic workstreams—from M&A to investor relations and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced proptech scale-up.

You will help prepare materials for investor meetings, contribute to AI-driven M&A playbooks across Italy and France, assist in due diligence, and collaborate with leadership on strategic projects and process improvements.

Competenze

• MSc in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Experience from internships in investment banking or strategic consulting is a plus.
• Italian native-speaking; French knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare materials for investors’ meetings and internal management sessions.
• Design AI-driven M&A playbooks and assess markets in Italy and France.
• Support financial and business due diligence for identified targets.

Position: Founder Associate Intern

Location: Milan

Reports to: Founder & CEO

Type: Internship

We are looking for a Founder Associate to work directly alongside our CEO and senior leadership team, acting as a trusted right hand on the company's most strategic workstreams — from M&A and investor relations to cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving proptech scale-up

Key Responsibilities

• Executive & Investors’ Materials Preparation: Support the CEO and CFO in preparing materials for investors’ meetings (e.g. Board of Directors, fundraising roadshows, investor reporting, etc.), as well as internal management materials (e.g. CLevel meetings, CLevel retreats, etc.).
• M&A Strategic Playbook Design: Support the CEO and GM in documenting the strategy and playbook related to AI-based roll-ups with a focus on network of real estate agencies across Italy and France, including market assessment, pipeline profiling, underwriting & structure criteria, EBITDA value creation plan and pre-/post-M&A processes
• M&A Business & Financial Diligence: Support the CEO and management team, leveraging the support of external advisors, in processing business and financial diligence of the identified M&A qualified targets aimed at building sound investment memos for effective decision-making
• Casavo Investments Strategic Projects Support: Support the CEO and Real Estate Asset Manager in bringing forward key strategic projects related to Casavo Investments units (e.g. capital structure reviews, process improvements and special situations deals)
• General Cross-Functional Initiatives Support: Be a sparring partner for the CEO, based on Company’s contingencies with regards to any cross-functional/ horizontal initiatives.

Background & Functional Experience

• MSc in Engineering, Business, Finance broadly.
• Previous internships in investment banking or strategic consulting is a plus.
• Italian native-speaking;
• French knowledge is a plus.
