Growy, based in Milan, seeks a role that blends engineering and consultancy to deploy its AI-driven Company Brain across client environments. You’ll map processes, design and debug workflows, and ensure ongoing client enablement, traveling between Italy and Malta as needed.

Ideal candidates combine technical AI skills with hands-on client experience, can coach non-technical users, and will grow into leading deployment efforts across Europe.

Growy exists to solve enterprise AI's real bottleneck: context. In every company, people and systems fail not for lack of intelligence but because the right context isn't available at the right moment — knowledge is dispersed across tools, inboxes, and heads. Growy is the context layer for both humans and agents: a living Company Brain that unifies dispersed knowledge, keeps itself current with every action, and lets people and agents act on it autonomously. We map the company into the Brain, agents run on top of it, and every change in the company updates the context — so agents never work from stale knowledge. Intuitive and built for non-technical users, Growy lets any employee achieve complex, multi-step operational tasks. You'll work on live client deployments from day one, travelling between Italy and Malta to be where our clients are.

The role

You support clients through the initial phase — setting up their Company Brain, mapping their processes and structures, and implementing their first workflows. Then you teach them to do it themselves, so their teams build and extend workflows autonomously. From there, you're their point of contact: the person they trust when they want to go further. You're the first of many. As we grow, you'll hire and train the next FDEs — duplicating yourself and building the deployment team you'll lead.

What you'll do

• Map the client's processes, structures, and systems — including the genuinely complex ones — into the Company Brain, and set up how that context stays current as the company changes
• Design, implement, and debug the first agentic workflows end-to-end: prompt design, tool configuration, error handling, human-in-the-loop approvals
• Connect the client's stack through Growy's 3,000 built-in integrations (Microsoft 365, ERPs, CRMs, and more) — the work is making sure the client's setup is right, not building connectors from scratch
• Train the client's internal champions — non-technical users included — to build workflows on their own
• Be the client's ongoing point of contact as they expand, travelling to client sites in Italy and Malta
• Hire and onboard the next FDEs as the client base grows — turning how you work into how the team works

Who you are

Half engineer, half consultant. The ideal profile has a tech and AI background and has worked client-side — you can map a business process in a workshop in the morning and debug the workflow that automates it in the afternoon. Fast learner, relentless executor: you pick up new tools, systems, and domains in days, not months — and you ship. No hand-holding, no waiting for perfect instructions; you figure it out and get it done. Technical: a solid tech and AI foundation — you're hands-on with LLMs, agents, and integrations, and nothing about APIs, logs, or debugging scares you. Consultant: process mapping, stakeholder management, turning business cases into buildable workflows. A natural teacher: you make people capable, not dependent. Fluent English required; fluent Italian strongly preferred. Willing to travel regularly between Italy and Malta.
