EY in Europe is seeking a commercially minded leader to drive growth and adoption of AI-enabled forensic solutions across Europe, with extension into APAC. The central purpose is market activation: moving from manual delivery to technology-led services while unlocking new revenue.

You will partner with country and regional Forensics leaders to build go-to-market plans, shape opportunities and accelerate revenue, translating capability into client value across markets.

Competenze

• Experience commercialising services and driving revenue within professional services.
• Ability to drive change across distributed, matrixed teams.
• Strong client networks and market-facing relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Sufficient fluency in forensic technology and AI to translate capability into client value.
• 10–15 years' experience in Forensics, Compliance, Regulatory Risk, Financial Crime or related services.
