Verto Education in Florence, Italy, is seeking a Student Success Advisor to support 30-35 students on-site. The role focuses on academic engagement, mentorship, and navigation of MyVerto, Canvas, and Cengage, with collaboration across academic and planning staff.

Qualified candidates will be proficient in English and Italian, have 1–3 years in a student-facing role, and hold a BA/BS. This temporary position offers a mission-driven environment and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• 1-3 years in a student-facing role.
• BA/BS from an accredited college or university.
• Experience mentoring students is desirable.

Mansioni

• Actively monitor students' academic engagement and support development of academic success habits.
• Provide first-response academic support and escalate concerns as needed.
• Coordinate with faculty and post-verto planning staff for student success.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold campus policies.
