adidas Milano is seeking a Retail Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead the sales team. You will guide colleagues to meet sales goals, maintain presentation standards, and ensure top-level customer service.

Requirements include at least 3 years in retail (preferably sports/fashion), fluency in English and Italian, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. The role offers growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Asa Retail FloorManageryou willassistin overseeing daily store operations and lead the sales team by example. By acting as a role model for your team and handling day-to-day operational tasks, you will ensure efficient operations and contribute to a positive customer experience.
