Job summary

Miramis Group is seeking a Floor Maid / Room Attendant for the 2027 season at la Roqqa Hotel in Porto Ercole, Italy. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure daily cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest luxury standards.

You will maintain linens and amenities, attend to guest requests discreetly, and collaborate with other departments to guarantee smooth operations. Seasonal contract April–October, with CCNL terms and meal vouchers.

Position

We are looking for a Floor Maid / Room Attendant for the season 2027, for our property la Roqqa Hotel, reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager.

Your Role and Mission at Miramis

As a Floor Maid, you will be the guardian of the harmony and refinement that define our properties. With dedication and attention to detail, you will be responsible for the daily cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas, ensuring every space reflects the highest luxury hospitality standards.

You will maintain linen, amenities, and furnishings to impeccable standards, ensuring order, fragrance, and an aesthetic of class. You will discreetly attend to guest requests, providing personalized and confidential service, while collaborating closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations throughout the day.

Requirements

Requirements for the role:

• Professional cleaning and sanitization techniques, especially for high-end surfaces
• Accurate use of cleaning products and equipment
• Precision and speed in bed-making and arranging amenities
• Basic knowledge of hotel quality standards
• Basic knowledge of english for essential communication with the guests;
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning practices (preferred)
• Certificates or formal training in housekeeping or professional cleaning (plus)

Other information

Contract and compensation:

• Seasonal contract for 2027, approximately from April to October. Start and end dates may vary depending on the property and operational needs;
• Gross annual salary starting from €21.104, to which variable elements are added where applicable: public holidays, Sundays, night shifts, overtime/additional work, and tips; salary varies according to the candidate’s experience and is assessed during the individual selection process;
• Contract in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Tourism – Confcommercio, with a 5 working days + 2 days off schedule.
• Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant) of €8 for each day of work;
• For relocating employees : shared accommodation at our Staff Residence or apartment;
• Shuttle service to work for relocating employees without a car;
• Discounts and partnerships for health and personal care, training, travel, and entertainment.
