Fleet Logistics GmbH Italy is seeking a motivated Customer Service Intern (Stage) to join the Fines Management Team in Milan. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, administration, and fleet operations within an international environment.

Responsibilities include processing fines, verifying data, communicating with drivers and authorities, and supporting reporting. Eligible candidates are university students or recent graduates with strong organizational and language skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Native Italian with good English skills

Responsabilidades

• Support management of vehicle-related fines and administrative processes
• Process and register fines in internal systems
• Verify driver, vehicle, and client information
• Communicate with drivers, clients, leasing companies, and authorities
• Send notifications and reminders for fines and deadlines
• Maintain records and documentation
• Assist in reports and operational analyses
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and SLAs
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and countries
