Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking a Technical Support Professional (Fire & Security) to join the Software Delivery Support organization in the Smart Infrastructure Buildings business.

You will troubleshoot Sinteso/Cerberus PRO Fire systems, support customers in using Siemens Fire solutions, and collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Technical Diploma.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical support within Fire & Security Systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and BACnet protocol.
• Strong communication, customer-focused mindset and problem solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
• Eligibility to work in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for Sinteso/Cerberus PRO systems and Fire Manager cloud applications.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software, application, and configuration issues related to Siemens Fire solutions.
• Escalating complex technical problems to R&D teams and coordinating resolution activities.
• Delivering clear and effective support through phone, email, and other channels.
• Supporting customers in the effective use and maintenance of Cerberus PRO and Sinteso products.
