EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. You will be employed by EWOR while building your company, with the option for up to €500k in funding.

You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and access to a select community of top founders and investors. Your journey includes extensive personal development, hands-on hiring support from our network of over 50,000 professionals, and coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million euro funding

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for own startup and scale to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Fintech.
• Undertake a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a customised programme.
• Receive support in hiring through EWOR's network of over 50,000 professionals and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million funding rounds.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until achieving product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
