Job summary

EWOR GmbH is inviting ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups through a funded fellowship. You will be employed by EWOR while you build your company, with the option to receive up to €500k in funding and weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders.

You’ll gain access to a community of the top 0.1% founders, peers, and investors, plus a networking and hiring engine to recruit top talent and reach product-market-fit, supported by a powerful network and coaching.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for building a startup to €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in B2B fields.
• Embark on a development journey with unicorn founders and a customized programme.
• Receive hiring support and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup for funding.
• Iterate the product to reach product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
