EWOR GmbH seeks ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, backed by serial founders who have built €1B+ companies. You will be employed by EWOR, with options for up to €500k in funding and weekly coaching from unicorn founders.

You will own and run your startup in B2B fields, supported by a global network of top professionals and a tailored development program to manage goals, time, and energy for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
• Willing to scale a startup to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in B2B sectors.
• Engage in extensive personal development programs crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive support in hiring through a vast professional network and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi‑million funding rounds.
• Iterate your product to reach product‑market‑fit with sales/marketing support.
