Job summary

EWOR GmbH in Europe is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups through the EWOR Fellows program. You will be directly employed as you build and run your startup, with access to funding options and extensive mentorship.

You will work with unicorn founders on weekly sparring, develop your venture to reach €100M+ revenues, and receive a tailored development plan plus hiring support from a vast professional network.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation.
• Willingness to take full responsibility for a startup and scale to €100M+ revenues.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Fintech.
• Embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders with a customised programme.
• Receive hiring support through a vast network and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
