Qualifikationen
- At least 5 years of experience as Product Counsel advising on technology products, commercial, and consumer law issues.
- In-house experience within a fast-growing Tech or Fintech company is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and ability to work across international teams.
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary legal architect for new products and features embedded in the Product Team.
- Navigate regulatory requirements across European jurisdictions and translate into product guidance.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Strategy, Marketing, Operations and Compliance teams to balance risk and business goals.
- Advise on financial, consumer protection laws for B2C and B2B expansion of the ecosystem.
