Satispay is seeking a Functional Training Coordinator to own the strategy, coordination, and continuous improvement of function-specific training within Product Compliance. You’ll translate regulatory changes into concrete training needs and develop role-based curricula for fintech domains.

You will mobilize internal experts and external providers, manage schedules and budgets, and monitor KPIs to improve onboarding and ongoing performance across teams.

Qualificações

• Experience - At least 2 years in learning & development, enablement, or program/project management, preferably fintech/financial services.
• Regulatory Knowledge - Understanding of financial regulations to translate changes into learning needs.
• Proactive and Program-Driven - Ability to manage multiple training initiatives independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ownership and Team Contribution - Ability to own the functional training program while collaborating across departments.
• Technical Skills - Comfortable with learning platforms and measuring learning effectiveness.
• Languages - Fluent in English; Italian a nice-to-have.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, coordination, and continuous improvement of function-specific training within Product Compliance.
• Assess learning needs and translate regulatory change into capability gaps and learning plans.
• Design and maintain role-based curricula for fintech domains (payments, lending, KYC/AML, licensing, consumer protection).
• Coordinate internal SMEs and external providers, manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Track participation and outcomes, gather feedback, and drive improvements including onboarding support.
