Satispay is seeking a strategic Legal Counsel to guide fintech regulatory matters across payments, e-money, and consumer credit. You will partner with product and engineering to embed compliant practices while managing risk at a senior level.

Your expertise in PSD2, AML/KYC, and CCD2, plus a track record in private practice and in-house roles, will help shape our regulatory stance and protect the business as we scale globally from Luxembourg and beyond.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in fintech or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of PSD2, AML/KYC, EMRs and CCD2 regulations.
• Experience in both private practice and in-house is ideal.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and risk assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level legal guidance on payments, e-money, and consumer credit.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to embed legal considerations in development.
• Identify legal/regulatory risks and propose mitigations.
• Advise on PSD2 and other regulatory requirements and maintain compliance.
• Advise senior leadership as trusted legal counsel.
