Job summary

Tot is seeking a Business Development Representative Intern to kick-start a career in B2B sales within fintech. You will work with our Sales Team to identify, engage and qualify potential customers, learning the full sales process along the way.

This 6-month internship offers a visible impact from day one and a path to a full-time role, with a structured learning plan and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Recent degree in Economics, Business, Management or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (even short/part-time).
• Genuine interest in sales, fintech/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Research prospects and build target lists for cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Reach out to potential customers via cold calling, email and LinkedIn to book discovery calls/demos.
• Shadow senior colleagues through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
