Job summary

FactSet’s Client Solutions Internship in Milan offers exposure to our client-facing teams, with a comprehensive training track and hands-on projects. You will assist account teams, engage with clients by phone or visits, and develop creative solutions to client challenges throughout the 20-week program.

The internship runs February to July 2027, includes a mentor, and opportunities to connect with executive leadership through events and speaker series.

Qualifications

• Interest in Finance/FinTech and client-centric mindset.
• Desire to collaborate across teams to create solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Shadow account teams to learn client-facing groups and service models.
• Assist with client projects, trainings, and strategic initiatives.
• Observe sales and client solutions professionals via calls and on-site visits.
• Expand knowledge of client base and financial markets through activities.
• Complete large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management.
