• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information for accounting data assessment.
• Assist in developing and implementing accounting procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Direct responsibility for specific accounting processing (e.g., financial loans, lease accounting, IAS 17, intercompany reconciliations).
• Support the manager on operational tasks related to R&D tax credits and Industria 4.0 investments.

What You Will Do

• Support the Financial Statutory and Accounting Manager in the preparation , analysis, and review of annual and infrannual financial statements in compliance with accounting principles and regulations by also joining the annual closing audit processing with external auditors and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs)
• Conduct, by complying with internal accounting policy and timeline, thorough reviews of accounting data to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies with corporate procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information for ensuring the assessment of accounting data.
• Assist Finance team and Financial Statutory and Accounting Manager in the development and implementation of accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Direct responsibility for specific accounting processing (ex. Financial Loans, Lease accounting, International Accounting Standard (IAS) 17, intercompany reconciliations),
• The candidate will also directly support the Financial Statutory and Accounting Manager on all operational tasks related to tax credits from Research&Development (R&D) and Investments (Industria 4.0)

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial statements and narratives, Accounting Standards (GAAP), accounting and general postings, (at least 2-3 years)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English
• Stress management and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility and problem solving attitude

The indicated salary range (€29.000- €33.000) represents the expected hiring range for this position, with consideration to the criteria indicated and requested. Actual compensation may vary depending on the experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
